CCCD has been providing services to our uninsured adult community since 2005. We have served over 5,000 patients, and currently take care of over 500. We are completely dependent on grants, state and local funding and private donation. We annually provide well over $1,000,000.00 in care, prescription assistance, and ancillary services to our patients. We are their primary care home. Our staff consists of 1 full-time director, 7 part-time employees, and over 20 volunteers.
