I’m choosing another favorite – the taco – and stuffing it with local, grilled mahi mahi. Again, make the sauces, aioli, and salsa ahead of time so all that’s left on game day is the grilling.
Grilling Tip:
To grill pizzas, place pizzas over direct heat for a minute. Transfer pizzas to indirect heat. Close lid and cook until heated through and cheese is melted – about 8-10 minutes.
